    Description

    This hoppy saison has light notes of spices and vanilla from Belgian yeast, as well as tropical fruit aromas from a strong dryhop. On the palate, there is a fruity complexity, a slight acidity and a dry finish. The spicy taste of the saison styled yeast pleasantly complements the fruity hops.

    Like the “menu du jour”, this IPA changes according to the brewer’s inspiration. The second version is a Vermont-style IPA that is slightly rounder but just as fruity as the previous one. This time, the brewer features the hops Vic Secret, supported by the Azacca and Amarillo.

    Like the “menu du jour”, this IPA changes according to the brewer’s inspiration. This seventh version is a black IPA with resinous notes and a sharp bitterness. The dark malt gives the beer its nice black colour. The hops used in this version are Cascade, Chinook and Columbus.

We explored the range of flavors offered by Belma and Idaho 7 hops: a happy blend of tangerine, strawberry and cantaloupe, with a herbaceous finish.

  • Saison Brett et Limette

    Description

    This saison is the result of a blend of Saison houblonnée aged in white wine barrels and Saison sure houblonnée aged in American red wine barrels with the addition of brettanomyces claussenii yeast. We also added lime juice. The beer has fruity and funky aromas, supported by lime flavors, but also wild and woody flavors. It is a tart summer beer with a strong personality.

  • Soupane

    Description

    Soupane is our DDH Oat Cream Double IPA, as strong as the oatmeal of our grandmothers! It has been simmered with a large amount of oats and a little lactose, which gives it a beautiful golden color and a pleasant creaminess. Galaxy, Citra and El Dorado hops make this a fruity and very aromatic IPA. Our Soupane may not be ideal for breakfast, but it goes perfectly with a sunset after a hard day work.

  • Session IPA mangue, abricot et fruit de la passion

    Description

    Our Session IPA mango, apricot and passion fruit will please fruit beers and IPA lovers. Its appearance shows off a fresh springtime hazy yellow. Brewed with a large amount of fruit, the beer gives off aromas of sour peaches, ripe pineapple, and mango. In addition to a pleasant tangy taste left by the apricots and passion fruits, the Citra and El Dorado bring their fruity and hoppy side to the party. Its dry finish, its hint of acidity and its moderate alcohol content, make it an easy drinking IPA. The aromatic Hydra yeast also contributes to the fruity notes of the beer, in addition to giving it a nice body for a session. Light, tasty and balanced, our Session IPA will be a summer pleasure totally assumed!
